Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?As our delivery is done by Singpost at the moment, all payment has to be done online. We accept all credit/debit cards. Alternatively, you may e-mail us to arrange a date if you would like to come by our office to try out samples and purchase can also be done at our office.
  • Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account as we are using Systems@work.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase products?Absolutely. We work with Systems@work to ensure that your credit card information remains secure. To ensure the security of your banking details, we do not collect your credit card information in any form. Credit card numbers are collected by Systems@work on our behalf. Shipping

  • How much is shipping?Shipping is free for purchases above $50 while a delivery fee of $4.70 is applicable for delivery below $50. Alternatively, you may want to arrange with us a day to come by our office to select and purchase products featured on our website.
  • How many days will shipping take?Shipping will take 1 – 2 working days depending on the availability of stocks.
  • When do you deliver?All deliveries will be dispatched by 4.00pm daily using Singpost Smartpac . As the tracking system is not available as yet, please ensure there is someone present at the receiving address who can sign for your order. Alternatively, if it is urgent that your purchases must reach you at a stipulated time, kindly e-mail us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • Am I able to collect my order from you?If you would like to pick up your order at our office, please contact us at +65 6737 3545 and we will arrange a pick-up time with you.
  • Do you ship overseas?Currently we deliver ONLY in Singapore. If you are visiting Singapore and would like to order, feel free to give us a call at +65 6737 3545 and we will try our best to deliver to you while you are here.

Making changes to your order

  • How can I change my order after it has been placed?As we work quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to alter it once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, please do a quick check to ensure everything is correct and to your satisfaction, and of course, you can always reach us at +6737 3545 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I cancel my order?As your order is processed immediately and delivered to you the next business day, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is the return and exchange policy?We strive for our customers’ utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. If your order is damaged or for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product, then on your behalf we are not happy either. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
    • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on www.glamogirl.com.
  • All returns will be reviewed first by glamogirl.com and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
    • Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order
    • Full refund in credit for use on glamogirl.com
  • How do I return an item?For all return requests, please email us at betty@glamogirl.com, including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at +65 6737 3545. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
  • Where will I find my order ID/number?Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us.

Other

  • Are your products legitimate?Glamogirl only carries products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorised distributor. All products are 100% authentic and HSA approved and we are the only cosmetics and skin-care site in Singapore that is fully backed by every brand we work with.
  • Is it possible to get a list of ingredients for a product?Please email us at betty@glamogirl.com and where possible we will happily provide you with the information.
  • If something I want is out of stock, will you alert me when it is in stock again?Certainly! Simply email betty@glamogirl.com and include the name of the item you are looking for or give us a call at +65 6737 3545 and we will arrange for you to receive the product as soon as it is back in stock.
  • Can I request/suggest a product?Glamogirl would love to hear from you! Please feel free to share product requests with us via email at betty@glamogirl.com . While we strive to carry a mix of in-demand products for our customers, please keep in mind we cannot guarantee every customer request.
  • Do you offer samples?If you would like to try a specific product carried on Glamogirl.com please contact us at betty@glamogirl.com or call +65 6737 3545. If a sample for the requested product is available, we will be happy to share it with you, if not, we will try to arrange a time for you to come and test the product at our offices.
  • Why is my Discount/Credits not reflected in the total?Typically, only one of Discount or Credits can be used with an order. A discount is a one-time use only unless otherwise stated. Credits that can be used with an order are restricted to half the order total. If you have other troubles using a discount coupon-code or credits, please do not hesitate to contact us.
